That is the experience behind every account we manage. We are qualified, not just with textbook knowledge, but with the insight that comes from working with a variety of clients in different industries, all of which have different business goals and requirements.

Meet the Team

Alexis Charkiw

Founder

Following a decade in corporate banking supporting credit deals and funding applications, Alexis has run several businesses including product, service and app development. Her experience brings a rare mix of financial expertise and first-hand founder experience, which allows her to have deep discussions about a founder’s business finances without judgement.

As CEO of Right Click Accounting, she has built a career bridging the gap between business strategy and real-world implementation. She has helped hundreds of SMEs understand financial literacy, improve profitability, strengthen cashflow and scale their business. Alexis is a trainer, mentor and an award-winning strategist. As a sought-after speaker, she regularly attends conferences and networking events, and represents South Wales on the Members Advisory Council for AAT.

Aaron Hughes

Chartered Certified Accountant

Following a career in industry, Aaron has brought his ACCA qualifications and management knowledge to Right Click. Aaron is Head of Compliance and deals with our year-end accounts, VAT, company filings and HMRC submissions.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Aaron with his dog Cooper or playing padel.

Naomi Dyke

Digital Accounts Assistant

Naomi has been with Right Click Accounting since the early days and knows what our clients need and expect. Specialising in retail, data reports and management accounting, Naomi also enjoys turning a messy Xero into accurate numbers our clients can use for important decisions.

Naomi enjoys baking, days with the family and their dog Eddy, and tending to her allotment.

Cassie Evans

Digital Accounts Assistant

Most trainees learn why numbers matter from a textbook. Cassie learned it running her own business for five years, watching first-hand how the right numbers could make or break a client’s next move.

Now training towards her Level 4 AAT qualification, Cassie combines real-world experience with the technical know-how to ensure your accounts are accurate, up to date, and ready the moment you need them.
